What is Breathwork?

Not exactly. While breathing meditations focus on observing the breath, Breathwork involves deliberate and conscious control of breathing patterns (techniques).
This active approach helps regulate the nervous system, shifting the body from “fight-or-flight” to “rest-and-digest” states.
Depending on the technique, it can lead to heightened focus, emotional release, or a profound sense of balance and clarity.
